Welcome to CIPPL v.1b! Thanks for showing interest in the beta release of this exciting new language.

Introduction

Cippl stands for "cippl is a party programming language". Basically, we're trying to make a language that can be used at a party to discuss party-related things without non-cippl compliant people knowing what's going on. It can be used entirely in and of it self, or it can be embedded inside of plain old English.

Things, people, and phrases are formed by the use of acronyms. For example, TS means 'this sucks'. Another example would be techno, expressed by TKN. These are pronounced by saying each of the letters, i.e. 'tee-kay-n' for TKN.

Adjectives follow the same naming scheme as phrases / people/things. To apply adjectives in CIPPL, you append the word 'mod', then the CIPPL adjective. For example, to blonde teen slut would be TS-BL, pronounced 'tee s mod bee el'. Also, English adjectives may be used in front of CIPPL words.

Verbs and places are formed by dropping letters at the end or the beginning of letters in order to make a new word that's a) different enough from the English equivalent and b) easily pronounced. In most cases, this would be one letter from each end of the word.

To describe something as belonging to someone, you state the object, then say 'belt', and then the person's name. For instance, to say Craig's beer, you would say 'bee belt Craig'.
When using a CIPPL object, it is not necessary to use a proceeding "a" "an" or "the"

Note: in the vocabulary below, all caps indicate that each letter is to be pronounced, where as all lower case means that the word is pronounced as it is spelled.

Abstract

We wrote this language with honest intentions - to communicate with friends, and to demonstrate the insecurity of people who are non cippl compliant. Please do not abuse this language.
