Does anyone remember this kid from 7th or maybe 8th grade? He was in my advisory, I dont think he made it to high school.

Irving E. Day, 19, of 24 Pond St., Fryeburg, Maine, was indicted on a charge of being an accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking. On or about Nov. 7, Day is alleged to have aided Richard Perrault in stealing $500 from Dunkin Donuts in Center Conway, by destroying checks and envelopes that were evidence of the crime.

A second indictment alleging conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking charges Day agreed with one other person to commit the theft, an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy, and that the defendant destroyed evidence of the crime by burning checks and envelopes.
